The Fitness Quest Edge 470 Dual-Action Magnetic Exercise Bike offers a low-impact workout in your home–perfect for improving your cardiovascular health, strengthening your legs, and training for cycles during inclement weather. The dual-action handlebars provide an enhanced upper body workout along with a leg workout, while the unique lockout mechanism converts the handlebars from moving to stationary to focus on your lower body. The Edge 470 Exercise Bike features electronically controlled and adjustable magnetic resistance for enhanced–as well as smoothly quiet–workouts.
The fitness computer features 10 built-in programs as well as two heart rate control (HRC) programs. The hand-pulse sensors built into the handlebars allow for immediate heart rate reading. The digital monitor displays your current speed, workout time, distance, and calories burned during your workout.
